Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to work for a busy and popular hospitality establishment based in Thetford.
Your role as a Sous Chef will involve ensuring that food is served quickly and to the highest standard, Health & Safety & Food Safety is adhered to, measurements/portions are accurate and recipes are followed correctly, all equipment is used correctly and job lists provided are completed.
You will support the team by undertaking any tasks requested by the Head Chef and supervising the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
