CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with an award winning, fast paced, Portsmouth based business, to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
Working closely with the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and the wider finance team, you will be an important addition to the team, where you will support the processing of high-volume purchase ledger invoices, staff expenses and assist with sales ledger as required.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve
Match and process high volume invoices, ensuring accuracy.
To be responsible for the provision of project co-ordinating and support to the Health and Safety Team.
Key duties
Develop, design and manage an electronic system to control Health, safety and wellbeing actions across the group to ensure compliance with legislative requirement and current best practice and to provide ongoing review and maintenance of this system.
Collect, collate and present Health and Safety related data in a format that can be easily analysed.
