Payroll and Benefits Manager - £45,000-£48,000, Thatcham We are seeking a dedicated Payroll and Benefits Manager for a reputable oragnisation in Berkshire. This is a superb role for someone with a CIPD qualification or alternatively with CIPP qualification, the importance is that you would have a blended background of both management of Payroll and management of Benefits and Rewards for an organisation. Given the location of the role, applications can only be considered from people who are able to drive. Working in the office full time for the first 3 months, this role will then move to one day per week working from home, you will be working within a lovely organisation and be making a real difference to the team with you input and specialist Payroll and Benefits skills. This role includes: Overseeing payroll team Authorising payroll Benchmarking salaries Reviewing the budget for benefits and rewards programs Continue to further develop additional rewards Manage the relationships with brokers Ensure that all pensions are allocated Prepare Gender Pay Gap reviews Ensure HRIS is maintained What experience do you need: The successful candidate will have: A track record of successfully managing payroll processes Excellent knowledge of benefits administration A strong understanding of compensation principles. If you're an experienced engineer and want to work with a great field team, we have the perfect role for you. The role will cover the M4 corridor, and you will be based with access to this area. Working within a small and friendly organisation who have been in business for over 25 years they are committed to customers providing excellent service and support across various industries. The role will involve repair, maintenance, calibration, and final test of - predominantly - HPLC, Gas Chromatography and GCMS instruments at customer's sites. Experience in the use of chromatography is required but no engineering or service work experience is needed. The successful applicant will be required to work on their own initiative, completing on-site maintenance and service breakdowns. Candidates should provide a high level of customer service and use the skills they have acquired to fault find and fix faults efficiently.
