As a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager at Barchester, you'll travel across your region to manage and develop the teams in various care homes, to help us deliver the high quality care and service we're known for.
Working closely with the General Manager or hiring manager, you'll help implement action plans that make sure our resident's needs are met.

You will take on leadership duties in the General Manager's absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team.
