(a) To build an effective and efficient financial planning and budgeting services for managing monthly, interim and annual reporting, budgeting and forecasting and to support the provision of management information.
(b) To manage cash flow forecasting working with fees and income team.
This is a strategic role that requires the post-holder to develop strong financial planning and conversion strategies that ensure the company ontinues to stand at financially strong position in a challenging economic climate.
Your main aim will be to supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, undertaking daily inspections of the site and ensuring your team are working productively and safely.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 20:00, 30 hours per week, on temporary, full-time basis.
