The role of Divisional Legal Manager is to inspire and lead the in-house conveyancing team to provide an efficient service led in-house estate conveyancing service for the sale of new homes, part exchange and other related transactions.
Supported by two Assistant Divisional Legal Managers you will manage a team of fourteen and will be responsible for ensuring the team provides an efficient plot conveyancing service whilst ensuring that you have a professional, motivated team that realises its full potential and provides a high quality service to both its internal and its external customers.

Reporting into the CFO you will lead and develop the Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partners in delivering a high quality service to all stakeholders, providing financial insight and focusing on improving the financial performance and sustainability of the organisation.
The role will partner with the Management Accounts team and Business Units to lead monthly variance analysis providing commercial oversight and knowledge, communicating results to the CFO and deputising for them when required.

Plant Room Technician required for our Sudbury-based manufacturing client.
Reporting directly to the facilities manager and working alongside another Plant Room technician you will play a key part in the plant room where you will be working on preventative maintenance, maintaining and fixing any issues with the mechanical machines within the plant room.
It is essential to be considered for this position of Plant Room Technician that you possess experience working in a commercial setting in a plant room where you have to deal with steam and iron pipes, and ideally have some knowledge electrical, plumbing, fabrication and general building maintenance but not essential.
Boiler Technician is required for our Sudbury-based manufacturing client.
