SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a business located near the Junction 26 of the M1. My client are a growing business who are driven to becoming the market leader in their field. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your current accounting skills, you will also be working with a well-structured and experienced management team. Key Duties: - Processing sales ledger invoices - Processing purchase ledger invoices - Processing invoices onto the database - Daily posting Cash Receipts and Payments on Sage 50 - Monthly reconciliation of multiple bank accounts - General queries internal and external - Keeping information for customers and suppliers up to date - Any ad hoc duties / projects as and when they arise Person Specification: - Sage 50 knowledge - Previous experience working in a varied transactional role - Microsoft office especially Excel, Word, and Outlook - Be well presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail with a high concern of accuracy - Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise workload to meet deadlines - Appreciate the demands of working in a growing business.
