Our client, a well-established company on the outskirts of Basildon is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler/Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.
As the Senior Commercial Account Handler/Team Leader you will be responsible for defining an efficient and proactive process which will be implements across all our clients commercial and corporate clients.
You will understand the business risks and provide day to day servicing and administration of Client accounts in a timely, technically accurate and cost-effective manner, in accordance with Company procedures whilst maintaining and achieving growth in income from existing clients and seeking new business for the Company in line with Company targets.
Our client, a well established company, is currently seeking a Window and Door Fabricator with previous experience working with doors, windows and bi-fold doors.
You will be working to targets within a busy production team, hanging, beading, gaskets of the aluminium and UPVC frames and ensuring the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to meet targets and deadlines.
This will be an on-going temporary role for the right candidate.
Our client who are a specialist shipping company based in Basildon, Essex are actively recruiting for a permanent Cross Trade Co-ordinator.
The Cross Trade Coordinator will be responsible for controlling and monitoring customer shipments originating in the Far East and shipping to various destinations around the world.
Our client will provide training in many aspects of the shipping industry and customer service skills as they are looking to employ for the long term.
Applications are now invited from Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and become an Estate Agent however, you will need to have a strong sales background in for example car sales, mobile telephone sales or membership sales and you will need to drive and have your own car.
You will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 (pro-rata and very much dependent on the individual candidate) whilst you are building your sales pipeline (commission) so for the first 6 months of your employment you cannot earn less than this.
Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of up to £16,000 (please note working in a sales role where you receive commission it is impossible to ever just earn your basic salary) with very realistic on target earnings of £30,000 in year 1 and rising in year 2 plus 40p per mile petrol allowance for business miles.
