We recruit for the Special Needs sector where we specifically look for Criminology, Law, Sociology or Psychology graduates who aspire to work in the areas of psychology, youth work or criminal justice.
In this sector, Special Needs Schools vary and also include Pupil Referral Units (PRU) and other provisions where the experience gained would be valuable if you have aspirations within Youth Work, Probation and Rehabilitation.

The School: This school is a special academy located in Camberley, and provides a safe learning environment and outstanding education for pupils aged 7-19, typically with a primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and / or Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN).
General
The school has a Therapy Department which is staffed by qualified therapists and therapy assistants, and there is a fully equipped area for Occupational Therapy and Sensory Integration.
Therapists are based around the school and have a clinic room for individual work.
The successful Design Manager will be responsibility for the people, procedures and processes within the Design Department.

The role will involve
Responsibility for the Design Team including daily task allocation and prioritisation.
