Main Duties
Drive/operate waste collection vehicles safely and collect waste from customers' premises via waste containers (various types) as instructed by Traffic Office and according to all site rules.
Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to be responsible for the preparation and filing of a variety of weekly, monthly and annual payroll calculations for clients.
Core responsibilities are
Registration of PAYE schemes with HM Revenue and Customs.
Liasing with clients to ensure timely provision of relevant information.
Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to work part-time 3 days a week (21 hours), to be fully responsible for the preparation and filing of a variety of weekly, monthly and annual payroll calculations for clients.
Core responsibilities are
Registration of PAYE schemes with HM Revenue and Customs.
Liasing with clients to ensure timely provision of relevant information.
Our client provides complete standby power solutions, including the supply, installation, maintenance and support of uninterruptible power supplies, standby batteries and remote management for critical power equipment.
We are working with them to recruit a UPS Engineer to join their team and work on projects between Milton Keynes and Leeds.
You will carry out installation, commissioning, servicing and periodic maintenance on UPS and any associated battery solutions, standard and bespoke applications typically ranging from 1kva to 500kva systems.
Mainly Non contentious construction law including standard form and bespoke building contracts; sub-contracts; consultant appointments; drafting and negotiating the suite of construction documents in relation to development schemes; collateral warranties; third party rights schedules; assignments; novation agreements as well as advising on legal issues arising out of the construction process, including delays and extensions of time, loss and expense claims, liquidated damages, and defective work.
There will also be a need to carry out contentious work from time to time so successful candidates will need to have good experience of dealing with both non-contentious and contentious matters.
