My client who are based in Winnersh are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join their fast growing team.
The role of the Team Manager is to manage and support a Client Services Team in providing exceptional servicing to a portfolio of clients.
The Team Manager will be the first point of contact for the team and will be expected to have the skills and knowledge to understand and resolve any issues that should arise
As an Engineering Assurance Manager, you'll harness a deep understanding of core engineering activities, control frameworks and risk appetite to provide independent assurance on the design and effectiveness of processes and controls used to mitigate business risk.
Working with other risk and control specialists in our National Energy System Operator Assurance team (NESO), you'll deliver audits of complex engineering processes for a wide range of stakeholders and engage with industry experts, with a shared interest in promoting excellence in engineering assurance.
