Non-Executive Director / Board Member who has effective leadership skills, a strategic mindset and an ability to work within an Executive Team is required to complement the existing Board for a well-established housing association.
Independent Committee Member who has an understanding of the role of assurance in a business and/or a regulated environment, risk management frameworks and experience of the statutory financial reporting process is required as an Independent Board Member of an Audit and Risk Committee for a well-established housing association.
Finance, Treasury, Risk Management or Audit skills are essential to this role.
However, a background in the housing sector is not essential, but may be beneficial.
Lettings and Tenancy Advisor / Property Coordinator who has previous experience in a Lettings/Housing/Property role, with good numerical, communication and IT skills is required for a well-established housing association.
This role is known within the organisation as a Lettings Officer.
