Join our Compassionate Team in Derby DE72 Position: Registered Nurse (RNLD/RMN) Location: Derby DE72 Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Newly qualified nurses: Starting from £31,000, increasing to £34,000 after 1 year 1 to 3 years experience: Starting from £34,000 3 years plus experience: Starting from £37,000 Main Duties of the Role: Work collaboratively within the nursing team to provide exceptional nursing care to young people and their families daily. Maintain, enhance, and promote clinical excellence alongside the multidisciplinary team and senior nurses. Participate in and support the structured program, and develop, implement, and review care packages as required. Ensure compliance with all center guidelines, policies, and procedures. Skills & Qualities Required: RMN or RNLD NMC registration or current enrollment in university studies. Demonstrate respect and value for patients, colleagues, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
