Creative Assistant Job Type: Full-time - 9am to 5pm. Location: South Leicestershire. Salary: £11.44 per hour. We are looking for a proactive and organised Creative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our stylists in preparing model rails, steaming garments, and ensuring the delivery of client briefs with the utmost creativity and attention to detail. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for fashion and a collaborative spirit, ready to maintain the highest standards in our studio environment. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in preparing and steaming model rails daily to ensure garments are presentation-ready. Support the stylist by reviewing styled briefs/pagination and sourcing/preparing all styling elements. Work collaboratively with the on-set team to facilitate smooth photoshoot operations. Perform daily studio tasks, both on and off-set, to support the production process. Help maintain, clear, and organise the wardrobe to ensure efficient workflow. Uphold on-set standards, including kimbling, signing paperwork, and maintaining general standards. Assist in keeping the studio space tidy and well-organised. Create front faces for rails and assist in planning with ad hoc tasks. Aid in the planning process by scanning products and preparing for shoots. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
