Job Title: Registered Care Manager Location: Enfield Job Type: Permanent Base: Healthcare Working days and hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Salary: £35000 to £45000 per annum (dependant on experience) Proposed start date: ASAP Parking Info: Parking available on site. Experience and Qualifications Minimum 3 years previously registered with CQC in the role of Registered Care Manager, holding a minimum Good CQC rating, and full knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. Minimum of three years' experience of working with people with a learning disability and/or complex needs in a Residential and Supportive Living setting Minimum three years working in a Management supervisory capacity, managing a small size staffing team. Multi-site experience. This position will be responsible for a 7 bed Residential located in postcode EN3, and a 9 bed Supportive Living unit post code E4, which are approx. 15 min drive away. Both sites have parking . A relevant Health or Social Care Managerial Qualification with good literacy, numeracy, report writing, administrative and organisational skills. Skills, Knowledge, Aptitude Dynamic and self- motivated, with the ability to work without direct supervision with using pro-active problem-solving approach. Achieve CQC minimum "Good" rating. Health and Safety, local authority recruitment legislation and regulations, policy, and procedures to a high level. Ensure all residents have a dynamic support plan which involves the person and their safety. Good understanding of Social care and Accommodation services. Proven leadership skills. To lead and direct the day-to-day operational management of the homes, and resources effectively. Recruit, lead and motivate the staff team to reach the highest standards of practice. Ability to relate and support people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Proven budget and/or financial management, including filling voids. Ability to self-audit the services, in line with legislation and policies. Able to liaise and establish quality working relationships with the families and professionals, Computer literate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to respond positively to pressure. Satisfactory Health/Attendance record. Calm, confident manner, flexible approach. Sense of humour.
