The role requires someone who has experience as a support worker, dealt with families and complex needs, it is essential that they have use of a car as we travel around and we work in the office every day, the role will be based in the Hostels so there is no option to work from home.

The team manage the support plans and manage the rent accounts so the post includes carrying out evictions.
The primary purpose of this role is to work with children and families alongside workers within Prevention & Intervention and other agencies to:
Provide a broad range of services with the aim of supporting families by improving family relationships, improving parenting and breaking negative cycles.
Promoting positive and healthy outcomes for children & young people.
Maintenance Operative with all round multi-trades background, required to work on an ongoing temporary, or permanent basis.
Assisting with a variety of trades, repair and maintenancework such as; building, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, carpet fitting, painting and decorating.Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm.
Hourly pay rate based on £23,504 - £30,419 depending on experience.
The Children's Centre Early Years Practitioner will play a vital role in contributing to the Children's Centre core offer by achieving Development Matters outcomes and objectives aligned with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework, and Redbridge Council's strategies and action plans relevant to Early Years.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Children's Centres and Early Years Play and Development (EYPaD) Centre Teams to deliver high-quality services and improve outcomes for children and families.
They will facilitate groups for families with children under 5 years based on Development Matters and EYFS framework.
