My client, a 5 Leisure Management company operating high-end luxury residential developments across London is now recruiting for Duty Managers/ Personal Trainers!
The role of Duty Manager is to assist in managing the daily operation of the leisure facility, that sit within the private estates.
These beautiful leisure facilities host a Gym with unrivalled top of the range equipment , a stunning Swimming Pool with a Sauna/ Spa, an extensive Group Exercise programme, Personal Training, Beauty Therapy rooms, plus areas for relaxation.
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to join the team at a luxury residential apartment development in East London.
This is a Monday to Friday position working 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities will be to liaise with Management and residents to resolve problems relating to the communal areas and to ensure the smooth running of the development, whilst maintaining its cleanliness and safety.
Act as the assignment leader, leading the work from planning through to fieldwork and completion, reporting into a manager to plan audit - attending pre-audit discussions.
Fieldwork (main person on the ground doing the work), with some help from the manager - probably having junior working with them.
On back end - you would be producing working papers, coming up with draft review and financing.
