We are looking to recruit a personable, flexible and motivated Senior Support Worker to work across the area guiding and support teams in matters of practice, quality, performance, compliance and resource management, in needing a caseload of complex service users needed.
Line manages support workers as needed for temporary periods; deputising for Service Leads and playing a key role in supporting targeted failing services.
You will be covering Swansea, Cardiff, Pontypridd, Merthyr, Newport.
Please note that this is a Voluntary role and therefore will be unpaid.
The Role
A highly visible, uniformed patrolling officer with specific community liaison/involvement, public reassurance either on response teams, safer neighbourhood teams, safer school teams, safer town centre teams or safer transport teams.
