As a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organisation.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, responding to service requests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient IT environment.

This newly created Paraplanner role is located for their Marlborough regional hub, one of 45 national offices.
The principal responsibility of this role is to ensure that products are manufactured and delivered to the market place effectively, efficiently, safely, on-time, to specification and in a cost-effect manner in order that the company continues to be a leading manufacturer in its core area.
To work in close collaboration with the Operations Manager to achieve the following:
To manage the manufacturing team, including the mentoring and development of colleagues.
Ensure that the working environment, working practices and general behaviour of all employees support the company policies, procedures and applicable laws.
Supervise staff to ensure a harmonious and efficient production environment.
Lead and develop the transactional accounting team for the site ensuring processes are continually reviewed to optimise efficiency.
Partner with the local and UK Management Team to provide real time support and analysis to add value and drive commercially focused decisions.
Lead the legal entity budgeting and forecasting processes to Group reporting deadlines , implementing improvements to balance sheets forecasting to enhance accuracy.
