My Client, based in Cheshire are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their technical team. Main duties: To offer consumers first-line help desk support. Helping and collaborating with the team. To conduct site inspections and offer installation and support locally. To be able to precisely identify hardware and software issues and to be able to use remote networking and client site visits to fix the majority of client issues. To give customers excellent customer service by making sure their issues are resolved quickly, staying in touch, and updating them on developments. To be informed of and follow the health and safety policies and procedures of the company. They might also be asked to perform additional tasks as needed.
