To further develop and embed our approach to performance across Children and Young People's Services.
The successful candidate will be well versed in understanding performance, data and intelligence and using this to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
You will be the lead officer working with the Service Director for Early Help, Quality Assurance and Partnerships for the oversight and implementation of the Children's Improvement Plan, working closely with the DfE Advisor, Children's Commissioner, Senior and Executive Officers, Children's Improvement Board and Children's Improvement Partner.
You will lead inspection readiness and our self-evaluation of practice, as such you will have extensive experience in managing services that are inspected by Ofsted with a detailed knowledge of inspection frameworks.
A Social Work qualification with extensive knowledge and background in safeguarding children are essential requirements of the role, as is a keen eye for detail, audit and review.
