This role will require you to understand the Group's differing businesses, their activities, ownership, strategies, targets, income streams, costs, cashflow, and taxation; to process the Group Finance team transactions, assist in the preparation and analysis of management reporting, and carry out reconciliations; to influence decisions, improve processes; and to work with the Finance team on the financial operations of the Group.

Household Large and Complex Technical Claims Lead: To lead the team of Major & Complex Loss Consultants and handlers and the Subsidence Team Leader and handlers within Home Technical Claims alongside handling a portfolio of the highest value/complex claims, ensuring that cases are dealt with quickly, efficiently and economically in accordance with all laid down procedures, guidelines and service standards.
