We are currently seeking an electrically biased maintenance engineer to join one of our most impressive clients, operating in the specialist manufacturing industry; they supply products to the food, pharma & biotechnology industries.
Act as a strategic partner with the Site Leader, and senior leadership team, whilst also being able to operate transactionally, enabling the business to define and deliver its growth and financial plans.
Work alongside the business in order to provide first class HR support with regards to the full employee lifecycle, including resourcing and talent planning, learning and talent development, performance and reward, employee engagement, employee relations, organisation design and development, and service delivery.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager the main purpose of the Test & Maintenance Manager's role is to work with the Test, Maintenance & Manufacturing Departments to support the business with the below functions.

On their behalf, we are looking for a qualified engineer to join their team to maintain and improve the electrical systems and production equipment on and around the site.
To support in the resolution of break downs, completion of maintenance and installation and / or removal of new or existing equipment, both from a production equipment perspective and fabric of the builds.
