You will present to the senior leadership and management team, detailing the analysis results and advising of focus areas and actions required locally and regionally. Ideally you have studied AAT or may have a credit management qualification, either is fine. You'll have a good strong knowledge of Excel and be comfortable using pivot tables, lookups and charts. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind creating engaging and clear communication essential for fostering team understanding and enhancing business efficiency. Working in partnership with the People & Culture team, you'll lead efforts to keep employees engaged, facilitate inter-team communication, and showcase the organisation as a great place to work. We are looking for someone with a proactive, creative mindset, excellent organisation and communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines. If you have a talent for distilling complex information into compelling content and are comfortable working across various traditional and digital media channels, you could be the perfect fit. Organising company events throughout the year. Designing branded materials to support the People and Culture team. Providing support for other marketing functions as required. About you: To excel in this role, you'll bring an inquisitive, creative approach to communication, along with genuine enthusiasm for your work. You should have a degree-level qualification or significant relevant experience, especially in roles emphasising exceptional writing and organisational skills.
