You will be working at an independent special day school for pupils with identified social, emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs and social communication difficulties; all which have an Education, Health and Care Plan.
We are currently seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSA) and Teaching Assistants (TA) in West Sussex, so long as you have a relevant skillset your profile could be a fit.
We commonly find Psychology and Drama students do particularly well at our SEN Secondary Schools, in addition applicants with sports coaching and youth work can have great transferrable skills for SEMH and PRU schools.

We are looking for passionate individuals who want to begin working and training as Behaviour Mentors to support our local SEND School in West Hoathly by helping children and young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs) and some Complex Needs (Hearing impairments, Autism, Speech and language delay, ADHD).
This role is to start from September 2024, with some possibility to start prior to this.
This school is set in West Hoathly and is an all through school for vulnerable students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
