Use the resources available to plan and deliver a variety of activities with structure and enthusiasm that are age appropriate to the timetabled group 9. Encourage maximum participation of the children in the group whilst following OFSTED guidance 10. Get to know the children in your group as individuals - find out their interests and incorporate these into their day on camp 11. Take responsibility for general welfare and safeguarding 12. Ensure the safe use of equipment provided for your sessions 13. Facilitate children's development through Explore and Play sessions

We are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead the garment installation project and to assist in the forcasting process for the supply chain function. Role responsibilities and summary Will include: Managing the large garment installation projects from initiation at tender stage through to stock being available within the Supply Chain. Owning the forecasting process for garment installation projects (new business and renewals) Working with the commercial and service organisations to ensure appropriate garments are selected for new and resigned customers. Working with suppliers and internal stake holders to facilitate the design of Bespoke' garments where this is a commercial requirement. Being a key part of the Garment Sales and Operational Planning process; as well as the ICS Product Board Key responsibilities will be Garment Project Management Develop and own a project plan for each large garment installation project. Work with the Commercial team(s), Mobilisation Manager, Supply Chain, Suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure that the most appropriate supply chain is implemented for each project, in a way which meets reasonable customer expectations regarding lead time, while minimising textile investment costs. Design, implement and own a Project Progress dashboard, including a robust risk and issue management process. Forecast Management Own the process and method for collecting and consolidating garment project forecast information for any project over 250 pieces. Develop an improvement plan for that process and work with stakeholders to implement said improvements. Own a compliance scorecard, which not only highlights non-conformance but is able to provide information relating to the cost of non-conformance. Garment Selection and Bespoke Garment Design To liaise with the sales consultants to minimise the occasions where garment requirements diversify from the core range, with the objective of minimising total cost of ownership for garments as well as lead times. To facilitate the use of the Bespoke process, working with sales consultants, Group Marketing and Group Purchasing to provide the most appropriate bespoke solution. Supply Chain and Product Board Subject Matter Expert Become an expert in the Supply Chain of garments, specifically: Understanding the most appropriate supplier given garment requirements Understanding supplier flexibility and best options to optimise both service and cost. Monitor garment service level (OTIF) and work with key stakeholders to maximise performance. Facilitate the establishment of new product master data where new product introductions are required. Work with VAS Production Manager to provide information feeds to the Production Planning process for Value Added Services team. Work with Supply Chain Planning team to define the most appropriate stocking policy. Lead the implementation of newly selected garments for the UK range along side the appropriate supplier and the Marketing team. What will make you stand out?
