Responsibilities: Create accurate 2D drawings and detailed 3D models using AutoCAD software. Provide technical support and assistance to production teams. Review and revise designs based on feedback and requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and records of design work. Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with demonstrable experience in 2D drafting and layout. Familiarity with 3D modeling techniques and software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor). Contract Manager We're currently seeking a motivated Contract Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be required to fully oversee and manage your assigned contracts, creating a professional network of client contacts and providing excellent customer service to our end customers. Job Role - Contract Manager Job Location - North Walsham (this is an office-based role). Key Responsibilities Include: Main point of contact for assigned Contracts. Understanding contract terms and conditions. Create and agree Programme plan with end client. Organise and schedule surveys. Complete pricing as per the agreed contract rates. Plan production volumes to minimise cost exposure to the business. Coordinate installations volumes as per agreed requirements with subcontractors. Ensure in house system is updated with all required information to allow accurate invoicing. Schedule and attend meetings with key stakeholders of the contract. Could require travelling to site. Produce relevant/required MI to end client / direct report. Increase BOW/Contact value by providing excellent Customer Service Skills & Experience: Good experience in building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
