ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support.
Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
As a Unit Lead at a Barchester care home, you'll help to make our residents' lives stimulating and fulfilling so that we can deliver the person-centred care and support they deserve.
Always focusing on respecting our residents' independence, privacy, dignity and choice, you'll lead and supervise our Carers and Senior Carers with the support of a Registered Nurse or Care Practitioner.
We'll rely on you to make sure individual care plans are followed to the letter so that we can achieve the highest standards.
As an Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.
