We are looking for a Pay Services Assistant to join our Human Resources team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all aspects of pay and associated processes, ensuring compliance with Police Regulations, Police Staff Conditions of Service, Force Policies, and Statutory legislation.
Day to Day of the role
Administer absences including sickness, maternity, paternity, adoption leave, accurately calculating and maintaining contractual and statutory pay entitlements.
Responsible for: 1x Asset & Strategy Surveyor 1x Business Services Manager 4x Divisional FM Support Managers
