We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Edsential Community Interest Group as a Guest Services Coordinator based at our Cheshire Outdoor Education Centres. This is a customer focused role that requires a strong ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to): Manage the customers' expectations throughout their residential journey while maintaining operational stability. Manage and balance the expectations of all schools alongside each other, enabling each to have an individualised experience, while maintaining operational limits. Collect all pre visit information from visiting schools and groups in a timely fashion. Implement delivery programmes, operational logistics and resource allocation based on in-depth knowledge of operational capacity & constraints. Responsible for managing, disseminating, and communicating all key customer information to relevant departments for their operational needs. Leading weekly operational meetings with all managers/supervisors on centre, so teams can strive to deliver the best guest experience possible. Support pre visits and inductions for visiting groups. Be the go to person for any questions during their visit. Responsible for ensuring all information held on customer accounts are accurate to enable accurate financial invoicing and forecasting. Lead on identifying business lows in residential and potential marketing opportunities. Engage with marketing on potential initiatives, promotions and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SAGE and have experience working within the school environment. As our centres are based in rural areas of Cheshire, reliable travel is required.
