Client Services Administrator. Bury. Up to £32,000. An Independent Financial Advisers in Bury are looking for a Client Services Administrator to help organise and support their Advisers. Responsibilities will include: Provide "Pre Sales" administration support to Paraplanner/Advisers, including Preparation of Engagement Letters, provision of Letters of Authority/Change of Agency Letters, downloading of Fact Find for completion, Client Agreement, Obtaining Provider Application Forms, setting up File for new clients, obtain valuations of existing client policies, obtaining quotes, as requested. Provide up to date Valuations to Paraplanner/Advisers in respect of existing clients prior to meeting with client using back office software. Provide any relevant support information regarding existing clients to Adviser prior to meeting with client. Managing Adviser diaries, work logs and meetings. The business are looking for someone who's worked or is working in a similar role, supporting Financial Advisers with similar tasks. Client Relationship Manager (Paraplanner) Vacancy. Bury. Up to £45,000. An independent Financial Advisers in Bury are seeking an additional Client Relationship Manager (Paraplanner) to join the team. The salary is up to £45,000 and for that they are looking for someone with the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and good Paraplanning experience in an Independent company. Responsibilities will include: Obtaining information on a client's existing financial arrangements and conducting a gap analysis. Producing a strategy report and making high level recommendations in line with the clients objectives where required. Researching the market in line with guidelines from the Advisers, the client's circumstances and objectives for product and service solutions and preparing personalised high quality reports that are client to the client, are written in plain English and include any compliance requirements. Understand each client's circumstances, objectives, attitude to risk, capacity for loss, knowledge and experience and timescales to ensure advice is appropriate. Prepare analysis of client's existing portfolio. Conducting research and produce client facing strategy reports to facilitate business writing opportunities. Prepare research and quotations for client meetings. Work closely with other paraplanners to share ideas and best practice, including assisting Manager with all aspects of a good customer experience and identify any improvements that can be made.
