Responsibilities: Professionally handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments. Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery. Prepare and provide quotations to customers, and diligently follow up on quotes and ongoing projects. Evaluate project proposals and designs from customers, gathering detailed specifications.
