To work in close collaboration with the Operations Manager to achieve the following:

Supervise staff to ensure a harmonious and efficient production environment.
Lead and develop the transactional accounting team for the site ensuring processes are continually reviewed to optimise efficiency.
Partner with the local and UK Management Team to provide real time support and analysis to add value and drive commercially focused decisions.
Lead the legal entity budgeting and forecasting processes to Group reporting deadlines , implementing improvements to balance sheets forecasting to enhance accuracy.
