We're searching for a proactive and organised individual to join our clients team as a Crew and Process Coordinator. The Company: Our client is renowned in providing lighting solutions for various events and productions in the entertainment industry. They likely offer a wide range of services including equipment rental, lighting design, installation, and technical support for concerts, theatre productions, live events, television broadcasts, and many more. The Role: This role entails the dual responsibility of effectively coordinating crew logistics to ensure seamless execution of live events, while also leading initiatives to enhance and streamline operational processes throughout the company. Responsibilities: Crew Coordinator Duties: Plan and interact with crew members, ensuring adequate staffing for all projects. Coordinate crew requests and maintain crew availability. Ensure crew documentation complies with GDPR requirements. Manage crew needs during tours and facilitate equipment changes. Handle crew invoices and resolve discrepancies. Assist with project administration and maintain accurate crew schedules. Process Coordinator Duties: Identify and propose improvements to operational processes. Review and revise processes to meet changing business needs. Share findings with stakeholders and encourage engagement. Provide specific support for rigging and motors documentation. Candidate Requirements: Essential: Industry knowledge and experience in live events. Proficiency in business administration for freelance crew. Experience creating and revising processes. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and positive attitude. Advanced MS Office skills. Willingness to work occasional paid overtime, including weekends. Desirable: Knowledge of entertainment lighting and rigging. Familiarity with Crew Management Systems.
