Although experience working with Special Needs in a school is preferred, Any professional or personal experience supporting Complex Needs is what actually matters in this role as being able to care and nurture a child with complex needs is what makes the difference in this role.
This role is paid on a daily rate of at least GBP100 but depending on experience and training can go upwards of GBP100 or even higher.
