You will need to have experience in an Accountancy department for this opportunity and be eager to progress your accounting career! Key Responsibilities: Full responsibility for the purchase ledger and assisting with payroll processing. Supporting with sales ledger transactions e.g. preparation of invoices. Checking staff expenses and providing assistance as required. Reconciliation of bank accounts and processing transactions. Post month-end journals in ledger. Updating monthly cash-flow forecasts and chasing outstanding debts to complete quarterly reports. We Would Love to See: Experience of working within a finance department and processing purchase and sales transactions. Ideally some familiarity with SAGE accounting and payroll software. Pro-active approach and ability to manage own workload. Great attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
