A professional and growing Insurance Broker has an exciting opportunity for a Telemarketing Executive to join their Commercial Insurance team. Our Client are offering this role on a part time basis, which can be totally home based - with the support of their Offices around the UK. You will be confident in a Sales environment and comfortable making calls to previous clients and new warm leads from Insurance enquiries. Once you have established contact and details of their requirements, you can pass them over to the Account Handlers to service their needs. Also after training, you could provide some initial Insurance support. Key Responsibilities of the Telemarketing Executive role include: Proactive use of internal Client database to speak to previous customers and customers with outstanding issues Co-ordinating marketing plans and ideas to contact existing customers Confidence on the telephone and able to convey a professional and confident image of the business, demonstrating a positive outlook at all times Understanding our Client's brand proposition and be able to articulate that to establish the relationship with your customers, while looking to understand their Insurance requirements To be successful in the Telemarketing Executive role you will demonstrate: Ability to build rapport in a professional manner with Clients Confident and enthusiastic and able to cope with objections Excellent communication and negotiation skills Outstanding organisational skills to manage a busy workload Sales experience in professional environment Effective working as a self-starter and co-operatively with team members Insurance experience will be advantageous
Our growing Insurance Broking client are looking to recruit a new Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join their team. You will be responsible for handling Home and Motor Insurance and will be dealing with all aspects of broking, New Business, MTA's and Renewals for your clients. You will be familiar with and adhere to strict FCA, DPA, TCF and MID regulations and liaise with your Customer via telephone, written communication and occasionally face to face. It will be important that you have the communication skills to be able to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Am I right for the Insurance Advisor role?
