This position would suit someone who has recently qualified within Quantity Surveying, undertaking a Quantity Surveying course or someone who has experience of on the job training.

The scheme, a new timber framed housing development in a village setting, requires an experienced Manager to assume daily responsibility for sub-contractor management, Health & safety and programme delivery - You would have involvement from day 1 through the groundworks phase (to include an access road) and beyond.
In addition to having the usual site tickets (SMSTS, CSCS card and First aid at work), you'll also need to have previous experience of managing smaller developments from start to finish.
