Job Title: Account Manager Location: Kirby Cross, Essex Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) Summary of Position: Our client, a fit-out company, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The Account Manager will be a dynamic, results-driven individual joining the sales team, responsible for managing clients, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Maximise sales with existing customer base, achieving sales and growth profit targets. Continually grow the business by increasing the product range purchased by customers. Quick response to inbound customer enquiries. Prepare and present sales proposals & quotes. Proactively follow up on quotes and enquiries by telephone. Manage and maintain a sufficient pipeline of opportunities required to meet targets. Gather intelligence on customers and competitors. Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes: Comfortable with day-to-day proactive sales activities, thriving in a fast-paced organisation. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Customer Account Management / Business Development. Experience within a similar industry. Proficient with MS Office functionality - Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Excellent communication skills. Experience in using CRM. Self-driven and self-motivated, desired to close the deal. Excellent organisational skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Valid UK Drivers licence.
