This role is pivotal in providing exceptional support to their donors and fundraisers, fostering enduring connections that ensure a lifetime relationship with the charity. Day-to-day of the role: Writing heartfelt thank-you letters to donors and supporters, acknowledging their valuable contributions. Offering assistance with fundraising activities to help supporters in their efforts. Ensuring a seamless and positive experience for supporters, from the initial interaction and throughout their journey with the charity. Maintaining accurate records of supporter interactions and transactions using CRM databases. Collaborating with team members to enhance supporter care strategies and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in engaging with the public and/or volunteers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with a CRM database. Empathetic and genuine communication style, especially when interacting with individuals who may be experiencing challenging times.
