Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary or secondary curriculum, fostering a love for learning and encouraging student progress.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated to succeed.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leaders to develop and implement innovative teaching approaches and strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and seek continuous improvement in teaching practices.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, contributing to a supportive school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Enthusiasm and passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
- Adaptability, creativity, and resilience to meet the challenges and opportunities of teaching.
