The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and accomplished Head of New Product Development. We're looking for someone with over 12 years of experience in similar roles.

This is an all-encompassing role taking the lead on NPD from ideation, all the way to the consumer.

This is a senior leadership role that works closely with teams across brand, marketing, medical, and operations.

You'll be responsible for providing strategic direction, driving results, and leading the NPD team. Strong commercial acumen and a solid grasp of operational workflows will be key to success.

Who we're looking for:

+ A seasoned strategic leader with 12+ years of experience in new product development, particularly within the skincare sector. Experience with medicated formulations is a plus, but not required.

+ Proven success in leading NPD teams and launching innovative products into the market.

+ Deep knowledge and passion for skincare ingredients and product formulations, with a strong awareness of both current and emerging industry trends.

+ Exceptional communication skills, able to engage a wide range of stakeholders including journalists, influencers, and senior executives.

+ A self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in fast-paced environments that prioritize action and execution.

+ Experienced in managing relationships with both third-party and in-house manufacturers and product developers.

+ Strong understanding of the skincare competitive landscape, with insights into how we can stand out in the market.

Your Salary & Working Setup:

+ Salary: £100,000 - £130,000.

+ Holiday Package: 25 days of annual leave, plus all bank holidays.
