JavaScript Developer (Vue 3, Mapbox / GIS), Wokingham (Hybrid), £45k - £55k DOE

Avanti Recruitment is currently partnering with an exclusive client in the UAV and Drones industry who are using their innovative product to fill a gap in the market, in Drone Automated Deployment and cutting edge 3D mapping software.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling business at a critical time in their journey. Their software will even help to drive security and commerce in areas of agriculture.
Part of this mission will be to drive the mapping software offering to incorporate 3D flight paths using Vue 3, Vuex and Vue Router, and allowing route plans at an advanced and complex level.

Skills required;

Solid experience with JavaScript Engineering, including Vue.js and latest versions (Vue 3, Vuex, Vue Router)
Experience with Websockets and REST APIs
Experience with Mapbox and Mapbox APIs or strong experience with GIS and mapping software

Bonus skills include;

Node.js / React.js
MQTT / Rabbit MQ
Real-time APIs / OpenID / OAuth
AWS, Cognito

This opportunity is for a passionate Front-End Developer who will get excited about testing products in the field and would enjoy a hybrid working set up with approx. 3 days per week in Wokingham. This will be project dependant and could be more or less, as per current requirements and developments.
