We are supporting a business based in Chippenham that is looking for a skilled Administrator to join the team on a 5 month contract. The company is renowned for its level of high customer service and works with clients in the UK and Europe and you'll be providing support to the Operations team who all support each other to deliver projects to the highest standard - a family-run company, that has fun but works hard to achieve goals.

This is a 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday role, with no weekend working and a salary of £22,500 per annum - pro rata.

Other tasks as the Administrator will include:

  • Purchase order administration.
  • Assisting with accommodation sourcing, fuel ordering and crew allocation.
  • Administration of booking resources as and when required
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Work with numerous departments to ensure a high level of service is provided to customers.

What are we looking for in the new Administrator?

You'll need some previous experience in administration and be able to follow processes and procedures, as well as work with Microsoft Suite (mainly Excel, Outlook) but also have the aptitude to learn new applications such as Xero. You'll excel in this role if you are an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated person who has an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise often conflicting deadlines.
