As the Payroll and Benefits specialist you would be working within the HR department to ensure continued accuracy and that the process is being run efficiently. Key needs for the role;
- Managing the payroll for a headcount of approx 300 employees
- Supporting with any queries and finding solutions or provide sound advise
- Share knowledge and guidance on tax, pension and mat/pat leave etc
- Build relationships with external benefit suppliers ensuring contracts are up to date, compliant and fit for purpose
