A leading independent Estate Agency in North London is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator for their busy office in Finchley.
As expected of such a role, the successful Sales Negotiator will be expected to win new instructions, generate and conduct property viewings, negotiate sales between all parties, maintain current client relationships, generate business for financial services and contribute to the continued success of the sales department and the office as a whole.
Applicants must have at least 12- 18 months previous experience with a reputable property company be energetic and enthusiastic and a proven track record in sales.
You must be smart and well turned out, have a great work ethic and have a professional attitude and have access to your own vehicle.
Great package of basics salary, commission and car allowance.
