People and Payroll Coordinator

Temp-to-Perm

Central London

£33K-38K

4 days a week, with WFH on Fridays

My client a leader in luxury student accommodation is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented temporary People and Payroll Coordinator to join their London head office team.

The role is temp to perm.

In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for a team of 200, ensuring that all processes-from onboarding to offboarding-are handled efficiently and accurately. You'll be responsible for setting up new employees, sending out necessary documents, and ensuring all data in the HRIS (Bamboo HR) is up-to-date and accurate.

You'll play a crucial role in their payroll process, working closely with their outsourced provider, to ensure payroll runs smoothly and on time. This involves managing payroll timetables, handling contracts, and liaising with finance to address any queries. Your ability to automate and simplify processes will be key as we continue to transition from manual to more automated systems.

Additionally, you'll create and maintain dashboards in Power BI, covering areas like onboarding, offboarding, DBS checks, and more. Confidentiality is fundamental in this role, as you'll be handling sensitive information.

Who you are:

  • You should have experience in an HR role - 2-5 years
  • Payroll experience
  • Be tech-savvy
  • Bring a disciplined approach to your work.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 is a plus.
  • Want to grow and develop within the business

This is a fantastic company with great benefits and a 3-4-year growth plan - now is then best time to join them to be a part of their continued success.
