Macmillan Davies are delighted to be partnering with a Nottingham based organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team on a permanent basis.

Working in a matrix structure, you will work closely with the Head of HR and leadership team for your division to facilitate and implement the HR strategic development. You will have a particular focus on driving increased performance and employee engagement, change management and analysing business and people data to highlight internal and external trends and factors.

The successful candidate will have a proven generalist background within a commercially and progressive organisation. The role requires a high energy candidate who is a proven Business Partner and can build strong alliances at all levels within the business. You will coach line managers in leadership, people management and sensitive/complex HR issues and experience of managing significant and sometime high-profile projects is essential.

Working hybridly with two days in the office (Nottingham), this is a exceptional opportunity to join an innovative and collaborative People team and be a part of their future successes. In return, my client is offering a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 (dep on experience) + bonus.
