Overview:
We're growing our Project Management team to help deliver an exciting range of IT and business projects, including cloud migration, system upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives. With over 25 projects in the pipeline, we need an experienced Project Manager to help us drive these forward.
About the Team:
You'll join a close-knit team of project managers, business analysts, and QA analysts responsible for delivering IT and business change across the company. Our work touches all parts of the business, and we pride ourselves on continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, including scoping, planning, and delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and issues.
- Communicate progress through weekly reports and steering group meetings.
- Ensure the business is ready for change with training and support plans.
About You:
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from small to large budgets (up to £1m+).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage risks and solve problems.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to different methodologies based on project needs.
