They are currently looking for an individual to join their team in Norwich as an Architectural Technologist with around 2 years experience post qualification in addition to excellent specifications and CAD skills.
Working hours:
- As an Architectural Technologist, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday. Some overtime may be required as and when a project demands
- Hybrid basis
The successful Architectural Technologist will be offered:

Essential requirements:
- Around 2 years experience in practice/post-qualification
- Good communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a wider team
- Strong working knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
- Highly proficient technical detailing ability across new and existing buildings
- Excellent specification & CAD skills (2D and 3D).
- Experience in submitting planning applications including creating Design and Access statements and planning drawing packages.
- Able to conduct measured and photographic surveys of existing buildings and draw up results.
Desirable requirements:
- MCIAT qualification or working towards it.
- Experience working with existing buildings
- Knowledge of PAS 2035 and 2038 standards.
- Experience in ArchiCAD (2D and 3D)
- Experience across all RIBA workstages.
